HOW LONG ARE YOUR CONTRACTS?
HR101 plans are 12 months. Paid monthly via Direct Debit.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR ANNUAL PAYMENT?

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

DO I NEED YOU IF I ALREADY HAVE AN HR ADMINISTRATOR?
It all depends on what your current needs are and your plans for expansion and growth. Some of our current clients already have someone who takes care of the day to day HR admin, although this person may not have a background in HR and may combine these tasks with another main role (such as an accountant or office administrator). Our clients use us when their current HR admin support does not have the capacity or expertise to deal with more complex issues (such as discipline or grievance) and they take advantage of our expertise instead as a more cost effective alternative to hiring an additional member of staff.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY PLAN?
You can cancel your plan at any time subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Yes, you can switch or modify your plan at any time subject to our Terms and Conditions.
WHAT IS MEANT BY UNLIMITED EMAIL/TELEPHONE SUPPORT?
Other providers may limit you to a specific number of hours’ advice per month. When it comes to offering you the best advice for your employee issues, we don’t want to be ruled by the clock. We know great HR support needs to be there when you need it. We want you to feel relaxed about contacting us for advice at any time rather than worrying about going over an arbitrary monthly limit and incurring additional costs. That’s why our plans do not have resource limits for contacting us for advice via email and telephone. It’s as simple as that.
